Getting startedWhat is MUTA?

MUTA is a platform for people who explore and play game and music content, creators who build and operate it, and developers who connect games through APIs and SDKs.

Getting startedWhat is limited during PUBLIC BETA?

Only reviewed content is public, and creator access may depend on invitation or operator approval. Unready commercial and blockchain features—and sample data—remain outside the user interface.

AccountHow do I sign in without a password?

Request a one-time code for your email on the sign-in page, then enter the six-digit code. Never share verification codes or authentication cookies.

AccountWhere can I change my nickname, name, country, and promotional consent?

Use Profile settings in the Account Center. Nicknames must be unique, and promotional consent is optional.

AccountCan I change my sign-in email directly?

Email changes require a separate ownership verification flow and are not offered in the current profile form. Contact Support if you need help.

CreationCan everyone use Creator Center?

During public beta, creator access may be restricted by operating policy and invitation status. Sign in and open Creator Center to see your current access.

CreationWhere do I start creating content?

Start in Create with an AI prompt or direct upload, test it in the editor, then manage visibility and operations in Creator Center.

CreationIs created content published immediately?

No. Draft, test, review, and published states are separate. The public-beta catalog only displays content approved under the operating policy.

CompetitionHow do I join a tournament?

Review the registration window, capacity, and requirements on the tournament detail page, then sign in to register. If there is no active event, the page shows an empty state instead of sample events.

CompetitionAre leaderboard and achievement records real?

Yes. Only records produced by game sessions, match results, and platform events are shown. With no records, the interface reports zero or an empty state.

ShopWhy are there no products in the shop?

No operator-reviewed product is currently published. Sample products were removed; only real products with approved price, stock, and product information appear.

ShopHow do purchases and inventory update?

For supported products, MUTA Core atomically checks and deducts currency and stock, then updates inventory and purchase history. Only consumable items can be used.

PrivacyHow do I request access, correction, deletion, or consent withdrawal?

Correct account details in Profile settings. For additional access, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal requests, submit a Support request or use the official email in the Compliance Center.

PrivacyWhat information is stored with a support request?

The name, reply email, category, subject, and message needed to process the request are stored with a reference. Never include passwords or verification codes. See the Privacy Notice for retention and rights.
