Privacy Notice

This notice applies to the MUTA public-beta website, game discovery and play, and the creator dashboard, editor, preview, review, and publication features.

The beta is free. Real payments, creator settlements, and cash withdrawals are not available. MUTA will provide separate disclosures and consent flows before introducing those features.

Depending on the features you use, MUTA may process:

• Account data: user identifier, email address, nickname and profile, registration and policy-consent records
• Authentication and security data: login time and outcome, IP address, browser, device and operating-system information, and session or token metadata
• Creator content: game source, prompts, title, description, thumbnail, uploaded images, music and other assets, versions, review status, and publication status
• Usage data: page and game launches, AI job status and usage, errors, performance, and operational logs
• Support data: your inquiry and contact information needed to respond

• Register and authenticate accounts and maintain security
• Provide game creation, saving, preview, review, publication, and play
• Run AI jobs, show progress, recover failures, and enforce usage limits
• Prevent abuse and attacks, diagnose incidents, restore backups, and improve the service
• Send essential policy, security, and operational notices and answer requests

When you use an AI feature, your prompt and task-relevant context from the selected game—such as source and configuration—may be sent to a configured local model or external AI provider. MUTA displays the selected model and job progress where practicable.

Paid AI providers are locked by default during the beta. Before enabling an external provider for launch use, MUTA will identify the provider and processing conditions and implement any required notice or consent.

Do not place passwords, API keys, or another person's personal data in prompts or game source. AI output can be incorrect or raise third-party-rights issues and must be reviewed by a person before publication.

Access to draft projects is restricted by account and permission. When you publish a game, its title, description, thumbnail, executable code, assets, and other information required to play may be transmitted to or accessible by internet users.

Do not upload secrets, personal data you have no right to disclose, or works you have no right to use. Unpublishing cannot retrieve copies that other users have already downloaded or separately saved.

MUTA may use cookies or browser storage to maintain login sessions, security, language selection, and service state. You can block or delete them in your browser, but login, the editor, or other features may stop working correctly.

If beta analytics or advertising technology changes the processing scope, MUTA will update this notice first.

Hosting and storage, email delivery, security and monitoring, and AI providers may process information as needed to operate MUTA. MUTA seeks to limit access and disclosure to what is necessary for those purposes.

If an external service requires cross-border processing, MUTA will identify the actual provider and conditions and apply any notice or consent required by law. This draft does not claim providers or destination countries that have not been finalized.

Account and project information is retained while needed to provide the service. After a deletion request, MUTA first stops public availability and then follows its operational deletion process. Security logs, backups, and dispute records may remain for a limited system-recovery cycle or legal obligation.

Exact retention periods by data category are being finalized with operating procedures and legal review and will be added to this notice. When no legal need remains, information is securely deleted or de-identified.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent, and account or game deletion. Use an available in-product control or email muta@emotionwave.com with the minimum information needed to identify your account and request.

MUTA may need to verify your identity. If a legal retention duty or another person's rights limit a request, MUTA will explain the reason.

The current beta is not designed for children under 14, and a verified parental-consent flow is not yet complete. If you are under 14, do not create an account or upload personal data or games.

A parent or guardian who learns that a child's information was processed may request deletion using the contact above. Age assurance and guardian consent will be implemented before offering features directed to minors.

MUTA uses reasonable safeguards such as access controls, authentication, logging, and backups, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Stop using the account and contact MUTA immediately if you suspect a security issue.

For beta stability, MUTA may suspend a feature or roll back to an earlier release. Recent changes or temporary data may not be recoverable, so keep a separate copy of important game source and assets.

If the data, providers, or service scope changes, MUTA will update the version and date on this page. Material changes affecting user rights will be announced before they apply where practicable.
