01
Core principles
MUTA is a place to make and play games. Respect people's safety, dignity, and rights, and personally review your game and AI output before publishing.
02
Safety and harassment
- Do not post threats, stalking, coordinated harassment, encouragement of self-harm, or targeted abuse.
- Child sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, and sexual violence are prohibited.
- Do not create content that concretely incites or assists real-world violence or dangerous conduct.
03
Privacy and intellectual property
- Do not disclose another person's personal data, secrets, face, voice, or contact details without permission.
- Do not upload or sell characters, music, images, trademarks, or code you have no right to use.
- Preserve open-source LICENSE and NOTICE files and follow their applicable conditions.
04
Security and fair use
- Do not publish games containing malware, phishing, credential theft, unauthorized tracking, or device attacks.
- Do not manipulate scores, rewards, payments, or limits or exploit vulnerabilities.
- Report a problem with reproduction details before exploiting it or spreading it publicly.
05
AI-generated content
The same rules apply to AI-generated code and assets. You must check that output is safe, accurate, and lawful to publish. Never put API keys, passwords, or another person's data in a prompt.
06
Reporting and enforcement
Email muta@emotionwave.com with the URL or game ID, an explanation, and verifiable evidence. Do not include unnecessary personal data.
Depending on urgency and repetition, MUTA may limit distribution, hold review, unpublish or remove content, or restrict an account. Where practicable, MUTA explains the action and review path.
